SUGGESTED GUIDELINES FOR HOTLINE COMMITTEE SERVICE POSITION:
-Suggested one year sobriety.
-One year term with two year option.
-Attend monthly District meetings and give a monthly written report to District.
-Update Hotline list quarterly.
-Pass out blank Hotline list one month earlier than to be presented at District.
-Contact Hotline service on a weekly basis so as to keep informed of problems.
-Is a liaison between Answering Service and District.
-Formulate list according to area and prefix and sends them to Answering Service.
-Gather information from Schedule Chair as to meeting changes, then inform Answering Service of changes.
-Provide information as to how to handle a Hotline call, and share such information.
-Do Hotline workshops as needed.
-*If three consecutive unexcused District meetings are missed your position will be filled by someone else.
-Have a Service Sponsor.
